What we collect

AI Convert does not require an account, and we do not collect names, emails, or any personal identifying information to use our conversion tools. When you upload a file for conversion, we temporarily store:

• The file you upload, for the purpose of converting it
• The converted output file, so you can download it
• Basic technical metadata (file type, size, conversion status)

How long we keep your files

Your uploaded file is automatically deleted as soon as conversion completes. The converted file is automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not keep backups of your files beyond this window, and we do not access, read, or share the contents of your files with any third party.

Cookies and analytics

We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site usage (such as which tools are used and how often). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. If we display advertising on this site, our advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or, where applicable, through Google's Ad Settings.

Third-party services

We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud storage and hosting services) to operate AI Convert. These providers process file data only as needed to perform conversion and storage, and are bound by their own data protection practices.

Your rights

Since we don't retain files beyond the short processing window described above, there is generally no stored personal file data to request deletion of. If you have questions about your data, you can reach us via the contact page.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
